The ASR120E High-Temperature ORP Glass Electrode is engineered for reliable and precise oxidation-reduction potential (ORP) measurement in demanding high-temperature industrial process environments. Exceptional Measurement Capability

This robust ORP sensor boasts an expansive Measuring Range of ±2000mV, making it suitable for a wide variety of industrial chemical processes. The Indicating Electrode is constructed from high-quality Platinum, ensuring fast response, long-term stability, and chemical resistance essential for accurate ORP determination. The electrode adheres to high standards with a SLOP% greater than 95%(25°C), confirming its high level of responsiveness and sensitivity.

 

Advanced Reference and Construction
To guarantee stable and accurate potential readings even in challenging conditions, the ASR120E incorporates a sophisticated Reference System. It utilizes an Ag/AgCl reference electrode combined with a double salt bridge and KCl gel, which effectively minimizes junction potential and prevents contamination from aggressive sample media. The electrode body is made of durable Glass with a porous ceramic sand core junction, balancing chemical compatibility with reliable electrolyte flow.

Working Temperature: Designed for continuous operation in environments from -15 to 80°C, making it a versatile choice for medium to high-temperature applications.

Working Pressure: The pressure resilience is tailored to the operating temperature to ensure safety and integrity. It handles a maximum pressure of 0 to 6 bar in Medium and low-temperature environments and a maximum of 0 to 3 bar in High-temperature environments.

Sample Flow Rate: For optimal performance, the recommended Sample Flow Rate should be maintained between 0.001m/s and 0.5m/s (0.5m/s≥Flow Rate≥0.001 m/s).
